Free Screening of “Rape in the Fields” on Friday, Jan. 24th at CSU Fresno


RCS Fresno, the CSU Fresno Social Work Department, the Mexican Consulate and Centro La Familia Advocacy Services will host a free screening of the award-winning documentary Rape in the Fields with a Q & A session to follow with director Andres Cedeil.

Rape in the Fields tells the story of migrant women who pick and process food in San Joaquin Valley fields and packing plants face threat of sexual assault, rape and other coercion by those with power over their jobs.

Come screen Rape in the Fields on Friday, January 24, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at California State University of Fresno, 5241 N. Maple Ave. (Room TBA), Fresno, CA 93740.
